Maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept sole responsibility for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. User Content Ownership and License Grants

You retain full intellectual property ownership of any blog posts, text, images, or comments you submit to Think Space. However, by publishing content, you grant us a license:

Worldwide, Royalty-Free License: You grant Think Space a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, distribute, reproduce, display, and publish your content on our feed and category channels solely to operate and promote the platform.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Moderation

Think Space is a professional writing environment. You agree not to post content that:

Contains explicit, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory language.
Infringes upon any trademark, patent, copyright, or personal rights of another individual.
Consists of automated scripts, advertisement spam, or malicious code.

Right to Remove: We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, edit, or permanently delete user articles or comments that violate these guidelines without prior notification.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Think Space and its developers operate the site "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, database backups, or post indexing. In no event shall Think Space be liable for content loss, server interruptions, or database corruption.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of changes signifies your active acceptance of the modified Terms.

Privacy Policy

At Think Space, we respect your privacy and process personal data transparently. This policy details how we collect, store, and utilize your information.

1. Information We Collect

To run a functional publishing network, we collect the following datasets:

Account Information: Your username, email address, and hashed password used for secure login.
Profile Details: Custom avatar image URLs, bio description text, and settings that you upload or configure.
User Posts and Interactions: Saved drafts, published HTML posts, comments, notification queues, and post likes.

2. How We Store and Secure Your Information

We implement secure cryptographic storage standards:

Passwords are strictly salted and hashed using industry-standard hashing algorithms before saving to the database. We never store raw passwords.
Database calls are protected against standard attack vectors (such as SQL Injection) using parameterized ORM queries.

3. Cookies and LocalStorage Policy

Think Space utilizes local storage technologies strictly for utility purposes, not for cross-site tracking or advertising profiling:

localStorage: Used locally inside your browser to remember active theme configurations, editor draft changes, and reader-mode layout defaults.
Session Cookies: Used to track secure authentication states during your active session to prevent constant login prompts.

4. Sharing of Data

Zero Third-Party Advertising: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to ad networks, data brokers, or third parties. Your analytical data is stored strictly on secure server databases (or Neon/Supabase cloud databases depending on deployment configs).

5. Your Rights: Access and Deletion

You have full control over your personal records on Think Space. You can:

Edit or wipe your profile metadata and delete your published articles or comments at any point from your user dashboard.
Request account deletion, which permanently erases your credentials, posts, likes, and comment logs from our production database.
