The Energy That Can Save Us.By Shoaib Nasir
Every morning the news brings the same pain. Harassment. Abuse. Children hurt by people they trusted. Women who do not feel safe on the road, at work, or even at home. We ask, what is wrong with the world?
Here is a harder question. What if we never learned to understand the strongest force inside every human being?
That force is sexual energy. And today I want to show you what it really is, how we lost control of it, and how every one of us, from a student to a CEO, can take it back.
What This Energy Really Is
Sexual energy is life energy. It is the same fire behind love, courage, ambition, and the hunger to build something great. It is why an artist works until midnight and why a young man dreams of starting a company. It was given to us to build bonds, to bring new life, and to push us toward big things.
Think of it as a river. Guide it into a canal and it feeds a thousand fields. Ignore it, shame it, or poison it, and it floods. Let us call these two states managed energy and flooded energy. Most of the pain in our society comes from the second one.
But hear this clearly. Energy does not commit crimes. People do. Those who harass and abuse make a choice. They act from power and from the belief that nobody will stop them. They must face the law. Nothing in this article is an excuse for them.
How We Lost Control
Look at the modern day. Explicit content sits in every pocket, training the brain to expect fast excitement while real people start to look like objects. We scroll all day and never sit quietly with ourselves. We sleep badly, feel lonely, and carry stress that nobody sees. Parents stay silent, so children learn from rumors and the internet. And millions of young people have no big goal, so their energy finds the nearest bad road.
Underneath all this sits one deeper cause. It is silence. Silence at home, at school, at work, in the law, and in the community. Silence teaches predators that nobody will stop them. This is why abuse is not really caused by energy. It is caused by permission.
Now the good news. Everything that was learned can be unlearned. Everything that broke can be rebuilt. Here is how.
Your First Four Steps, Starting Tonight
These work for every human being.
One: sleep seven to eight hours. A rested mind makes better choices.
Two: move your body every day. Even a thirty minute walk burns the restless fire and clears your head.
Three: keep your phone out of your bed. The last and first minutes of your day belong to you, not to a screen.
Four: pick one big, worthy goal. Something you build, learn, or serve. Energy with a mission becomes power. Energy without one becomes trouble.
Now let us talk to each of you directly.
CEOs and Business Leaders
You have power, pressure, and late nights. Your behavior becomes your company culture. So write one strict conduct rule and apply it to everyone, even your top performer. Give employees a safe way to complain, and act on every complaint. Then ask yourself one question every year: how many complaints did we receive, and what happened to each? Publish the answer. Pour your extra energy into building people, not just profits. A great leader is measured by how safe others feel in their presence.
Politicians
Power brings temptation, and it brings people who will hide your mistakes. Refuse special treatment under the law. Support strong rules against harassment and child abuse. Spend time with ordinary people, not only those who clap for you. Turn your energy into service. And to voters: you have a duty too. Ask about character, not just speeches.
Students
You are in the strongest years of your life, and often the least guided. That is a dangerous gap, so fill it on purpose. Pick a sport and train hard. Learn one real skill that can change your future. Choose friends who lift you up. Keep your phone away at night. If you feel lost or confused, talk to a trusted elder or counselor. That is not weakness. That is wisdom. And learn what consent and respect mean, because they will protect you and others for life.
Fathers
Your children learn how to treat women by watching you. So respect their mother in front of them, every day. Talk to your sons and daughters in calm, simple words, before the internet does it for you. Know what they do online. Follow the same phone rules you set. Tell them clearly: your body belongs to you, and any secret that scares you can always be told to me. I will never be angry.
Mothers
You are the safe door in the house. Listen without panic, even when the topic is hard. Teach body safety early and in simple words. Watch for sudden fear, silence, or changes in behavior. And protect your own rest, because a tired mother cannot carry everyone.
Housewives
Women have strong energy too, and feeling restless is natural. There is no shame in it. The trouble begins only when that energy has nowhere to go. So give it a road. Take time for yourself every day. Learn something new, start a hobby, make good friends, or try earning from home. Share the housework with your family. Speak honestly with your husband about what you feel and need. If sadness stays for a long time, meet a counselor. Your life is bigger than four walls, and your dreams still count.
Scholars and Teachers
You shape how people think. So break the silence. Teach respect, ethics, and health in simple language, and speak with care, not with shock. A society that can talk about this honestly can protect its children.
Words That Protect
Big ideas do not change behavior. Simple sentences do. Teach these to your children, students, and teams.
Say: I do not want to. I will not explain why.
Say: I am not comfortable with this. Ask me tomorrow and it may still be no.
Answer: You said no. I am stopping. Thank you for telling me.
To Everyone Who Stayed Silent
The uncle who knew. The manager who hid the complaint. The mother who said, do not destroy the family. You are not neutral. Silence was a decision, and today you can make a different one.
Your Seven Day Challenge
Do these three things this week. Have one honest talk with one child. Set one phone rule in your home. Support one complaint that someone ignored. If you or someone you know needs help, reach out today to a counselor, a child protection service, or a women's helpline in your area.
The Last Word
Sexual energy is not our enemy. It is the engine of human life. Shamed and ignored, it turns into pain. Understood and guided, it turns into love, strong families, and work that changes the world.
One law will not fix us. One speech will not fix us. But millions of people, each taking charge of their own energy and teaching their children to do the same, can.
Start today. Start with yourself. The world is waiting.
